We're here to help! Our delivery service
covers most of the valley and surrounding
areas, reaching both businesses and
residential locations. To ensure a smooth
delivery process, please provide an exact
address, including any suite or apartment
numbers, gate codes, or other essential
details. All deliveries are anonymous,
we provide a small card (3.5"x 2.5") to
write a personalized message. Once your
flowers are delivered, we’ll confirm it via
call or text to the sender.
A service fee is applied to all delivery orders. The actual service fees may vary depending on specific circumstances, such as same-day deliveries, weekends, after-hours, and holidays, which may incur higher charges.​

For residential deliveries, if the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, our delivery person may leave the floral arrangements and accessories in a safe place for easy retrieval. Alternatively, the arrangement will be brought back to the store ready for pick up by either by the sender or recipient. We provide a small note to inform recipients of our delivery attempt and provide contact information for any inquiries.

For business deliveries, if business is closed or not accepting deliveries, items will be brought back to store ready for pick up by sender. Please be aware that in some cases, we are unable to deliver directly to the recipient.

For hospital deliveries, make sure recipient is still in the hospital before scheduling the delivery and have the correct room number.

Please note that if the arrangements need to be sent again, there will be an additional charge.​​
